untilMark your calendars. Put in for PTO. This summer we are hostinga group ride on the Mid Atlantic BDR route. Come for part of the ride or ride the whole 1000 miles. The route is a combination of country highways, gravel roads, dirt roads and a small number of stream crossings. The route stretches for nearly 1000 miles through historic towns, civil war battlefields and some of the most beautiful mountain top views on the east coast. More info at: https://ridebdr.com/mabdr/ and more details of our event on our Facebook event page: https://www.facebook.com/events/850833045381841/ We will travel to the start in Damascus VA the weekend of the 18thand return on or before the 26th. Not everyone can be away for that long, but you are welcome to join us for as many days as your calendar will allow. There are plenty of good places to jump in or out of the ride. We’llmeet on Saturday and ride in part way for the first evening of camping. Then Sunday will begin the first full day of riding. We will host a planning event (Video Conference or at our shop) in May/June/July to answer questions, plan the route and work through logistics. This is a beginner to intermediate BDR route with a few Optional segments that are more advanced off road. Some riders may choose those and some may not. There will be a mix of camping and motels. However, if you’re not into camping there are motel options at most every stop planned (or nearby). Please RSVP on our Facebook Event Page or call our staff to add your name to the list of attendees for the ride so we can know a head count. We will send out invites tothe planning party to those who are RSVP’d as a “YES“.

untilhttp://garagebrewed.com/ The Garage Brewed moto show highlights unique bikes and builders. The sixth annual show will be held in Cincinnati on February 8th 2020 inside of a local brewery, Rhinegeist brewery. This free to the public show lets you see what builders from small towns and cities across North America are building or collecting. The curated invitational event showcases custom, rare, antique, collectible and just plain odd bikes that are hidden away in garages and basements. The event is hosted by an all volunteer group, the Cincinnati Cafe Racer club, which is a social club of motorcycle enthusiasts with a broad range of interests and styles (not just cafe racer style). The first year was 2015 wherethey showcased fifty motorcycles out of about 75 nominated bikes. Styles ranging from custom cafe racers, choppers, antique board track bikes, restored Indian motorcycles, rat bikes and collectable restored classics. In 2018 we had over 140 nominations and had also narrowed it down to 57 motorcycles (not an easy task). Each year the number of bikes to choose fromcontinues to grow. The show will surely have many bikes that will surprise and delight. Each with it’s own unique story.
