Lets do it again! People can either ride down Thursday or Friday depending on work & schedules. Assume departure will be at checkout on Sunday (assume 10-11 AM) unless your schedule says otherwise. Rough assumptions: Lodging: Expect somewhere around $120 per person, per night (price and # of beds may vary slightly) Food: Group breakfast & dinner Friday & Saturday = $15 per person, per meal = $60. All lunch/snacks on your own & as needed while riding. Miles Ridden: 300 +/- there, 150 +/- per day, 300 +/- return = 900 +/- total miles. 30 gallons of gas @ $3.50/gal = $105 in gas More to figure out as we narrow dates & attendees. This is just a starting point.

Nice. I find myself weighing the service department more and more when buying a new / warrantied bike. Selling a bike is easy. Servicing is not. Good stuff on the 10%. I picked up about $4,700 worth of addons with my current bike (paid MSRP)... The dealer didn't offer any discounts on them.

No experience with this shop, so good to hear. Fair out the door pricing? Would definitely like to hear about their service department if/when you use them.

Based on votes & location, will look at Option 1 for now. Option 2 had one more vote, but is nearly twice the distance from the tail. Not that we'll be at the tail every day, but as a "central point" I figure it's better to be closer to that. I'll start messaging people to confirm willingness to book & pay.
